Why recruit internationally?
Open the doors, and the effects reach further than any curriculum can capture. The value of cultural encounter is not always measurable in economic terms. Yet it is real, and it compounds. When schools build bridges and students form friendships across cultures, something more enduring emerges: an encounter with difference, an understanding of another person's reality, and international relationships that last well beyond the programme itself. That, fundamentally, is what international recruitment is for.
